GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE AND RESERVATION<\/strong>
\nArrival to the apartment: after 2 p.m.
\nDeparture from the apartment: before 10 a.m.
\nArrival before 2 p.m. on the first day or departure after 10 a.m. on the last day counts as an additional day, unless agreed otherwise with the owner.<\/p>\n

\nThe rental price includes: bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, heating.<\/p>\n

Tourist tax is NOT included in the rental price and will be charged daily:
\n* adults: 3,13\u20ac
\n* children 7 to 18 y.o.: 1,57\u20ac
\n* children up to 7 y.o.: free<\/p>\n

Method of payment:<\/strong>
\n* cash<\/strong>
\n* credit cards Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA (add 3% for bank charges).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Terms of reservation:
\n* reservation fee is 30% of the total expected rental fee;
\n* reservation is completed by paying the reservation fee.<\/p>\n

Canceling conditions:
\nguests have the right to be refunded the reservation fee upon written cancellation of residence:
\n* 14 days or more before arrival: 100%;
\n* less than 14 days before arrival: the reservation fee will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

HOUSE RULES<\/strong>
\nTo make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house policy and rules. When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar with and agree with them and that you will fully respect them. Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the possible shorter stay.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nTRTA is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your equippment and belongings while you stay in our premises. Please use the safe deposit box provided in every apartment to store your valuables.
\nThere is absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartments. Slovenian legislation forbids smoking in all indoor areas.
\nThere are absolutely no illegal drugs of any sort allowed in the premises.
\nPets are not allowed.
\nPlease take care of the rented premises.
\nMandatory recycling of general waste and organic waste.
\nMandatory recycling of plastic\/ cans\/ foil, paper and glass.
\nApartments\u2019 accessories (pillows, blankets, towels and the like) should not be taken out of the premises.
\nIt is forbidden to use the towels to clean shoes, floor, tables, etc. If you need additional cleaning material, it shall be provided on request.
\nIt is forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials or objects with unpleasant smell into TRTA apartments.
\nWhen leaving the room, close the windows and turn off electric appliances and water taps.
\nPlease report the loss of the key immediately to TRTA by e- mail or mobile phone.
\nThe guest who causes damage to TRTA property on purpose or by accident has to make restitution for the full amount of the damage cost.
\nYou are obliged to leave the apartments as they were upon your arrival \u2013 clean and undamaged.
\nPlease inform the staff immediately of any defects or faults in the apartments or of any possible dissatisfaction with the services.
\nNoise
\nRespect the right to peace of your neighbors.
\nPlease keep silent from 10 p.m. onwards.
\nWhen arriving or departing to\/from the apartments, please make sure you are not bothering the neighbors.<\/p>\n
